  • Please, send us filled Order form.<\/li>\n
  • The accepted\u00a0Order form and the estimate constitute the Contract of sale.<\/li>\n
  • Our tariffs and scales are valid for the month of their issuance only.<\/li>\n
  • Our prices depends of the price of raw aluminium.<\/li>\n
  • Prices are stated without taxes.<\/li>\n
  • Delivery times, if mentioned on the estimate are strict (if not case of any force).<\/li>\n
  • Stated prices covers only the product, not the transport.<\/li>\n
  • In the case\u00a0of any fault\u00a0made by \u2019\u2019RS ROLLCOM\u2019\u2019 the defective\u00a0product compliant will be immediately accepted (within 7 days).<\/li>\n
  • We offer two years of warranty\u00a0from the manufacturing date. The warranty\u00a0is not valid in the case of any defective operation or improper installation.<\/li>\n
  • The \u2019\u2019RS ROLLCOM\u2019\u2019 warranty\u00a0is limited to restoring the equipment to it\u2019s original condition.<\/li>\n
  • Accepted warranty\u00a0covers all the labor and components costs and expenses of the return delivery.<\/li>\n
  • Replacing parts does not prolong the duration of the guarantee.<\/li>\n
  • Assembly drawings, tables and limitations are given for illustrative purposes only and cannot commit \u2019\u2019RS ROLLCOM\u2019\u2019.<\/li>\n
  • All prices are net at the departure from the factory.<\/li>\n
  • From the moment of the order, the client recognizes that he is fully informed on the conditions of manufacture and use of the products sold by \u2019\u2019RS ROLLCOM\u2019\u2019.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
